I was very impressed with the Pen Argyl facility. From the time I dropped off my car until pickup, I experienced a very professional and efficient organization. Kayla went over the estimate and provided information on the 'Typical Repair Process' which detailed the sequence of events. Frequent updates via text messages and phone calls from Kayla kept me abreast of their progress. The quality of the repair work was excellent. When picking up the car, Kayla handled the Enterprise rental car return. I would highly recommend them!

I had excellent service from my initial phone call until I picked my car up I was called and given the progress of my car step-by-step. I would definitely recommend Gerber collision in Pen Argyl to anybody who needs any auto collision repair.

Excellent service, my vehicle looks great, it was also cleaned on the inside which I did not expect. I was updated periodically about the status of my vehicle which was also very unexpected and appreciated. The members of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone. The front desk staff made a excellent impression.
