All estimate questions were handled within one hour of sending e-mail on Gerber site. Work duration estimate met. Quality of work was top notch -- could not tell that damage had occurred. And all rattles in damage area were taken care of during repair so that the vehicle was back to as good as new (vehicle had only 10,500 miles).

I recently had the pleasure of having my bumper repaired on my 2005 Cadillac Escalade. Gerber collision exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job. from their courteous helpful receptionist to the high quality of care that was given to my vehicle I really appreciate all you do. They even helped me by changing my tire for me at no charge when I found a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I would send my own mother to them for work needed. I would not only request Gerber collision for any future work, I would demand them! Happy holidays to all at Gerber collision and God bless you and your families.

Excellent work and communication. The painter stayed late to finish my Jeep according to the original schedule even when the first set of parts did not fit an needed to be replaced.

I was very impressed with the Pen Argyl facility. From the time I dropped off my car until pickup, I experienced a very professional and efficient organization. Kayla went over the estimate and provided information on the 'Typical Repair Process' which detailed the sequence of events. Frequent updates via text messages and phone calls from Kayla kept me abreast of their progress. The quality of the repair work was excellent. When picking up the car, Kayla handled the Enterprise rental car return. I would highly recommend them!
