My car was completed ahead of time which I thought was great. The garage informed me with updates with the repair progress. The office personnel went out of their way to notify me that the work on my car was completed, so I could pick it up before the snow storm arrived. The repairs were done in a professional manner. My 2015 Malibu looks as good as new. I will highly recommend your garage to my family and friends. Thank you

Fast, friendly, EXCELLENT service. Car went in under 2 separate claims, had it back in 2 days and my car not only looks great where they fixed the damage and repainted, but the inside was given back to me absolutely immaculate inside! AWESOME!!!

They said it would take a couple days to be done. They were not lying. I brought my car in on a Tuesday to get my bumper repainted due to chipping (from prior work being done on it), received a rental for two days and got my car back Thursday. That was quick and the work seems up to part.

February 2015: I am a resident of Reading, PA. I drive a 2005 Mercury Mariner. This winter I spun out and hit a guardrail after one of the snow storms, damaging my rear tire/axle/suspension and my front bumper. My insurance company gave me a list of auto body repair shops to choose from within in the area, and by no means did I want to have my car repaired 45 minutes from home. Due to all the repair shops in the area still backed up and working on hail damaged cars still from last summer's hail storm, each one of those shops quoted an estimated finish date of the end of March, early April. Needless to say I did not have that much time to wait for my car to be repaired and I chose to have my car towed and repaired here at Gerber Collision and Glass in Fogelsville. It took about 3 weeks for my car to be finished, but I appreciated all the ... time it took them. Their head technician reminded me each week that I will not get my car back until he was certain it was safe and drive-able, which I really appreciated. Each and every staff member I spoke to was very easy to talk to and they were all concerned with my safety as well as proper repair of my vehicle. And not only did they repair the damaged parts, but they also cleaned my exterior and interior as well! If anything would happen again in the future to my vehicle, I would not hesitate to bring my car back to this shop! Thanks for everything Gerber Collision!!! :) read more
