The quality of work, customer service, and professionalism of the staff greatly exceeds any company I've ever dealt with before. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about each and every case, and they keep their promises no matter what outside circumstances come in to play. I would highly "wreck"-ommend Gerber to anyone with glass or auto body issues or concerns. Their work is clearly second to none!!! (2008 Audi A4, front end, rear end, and undercarriage damage. Looks brand new after the repairs! Thank you so much!)

Great service and great repair on my car! I was pleasantly surprised to see it was washed inside and out. They keep me informed of the status of the repair every day. They were very nice! It was also very convenient to have Hertz rental car ready for me there to pick up the rental car. Overall excellent experience. :)

It took a lot longer than I expected, but the car looks like it did before the damage, but has a very special detailed look inside and out that gives me back that new car feeling all over again, despite it's 6 years and 43,000 miles!!!!! The girls at the desk were very friendly, and also understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable, so that they certainly helped to ease a very traumatic situation!

The people here are truly the nicest ever! The work done to my trailblazer was superb; and not only did they make the outside look new...they detailed the inside! It looked and smelled like a brand new car! What a wonderful place of employees! thank you!!!!

Absolutely the best customer service. The Gerber collision team were professional, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. My car looked brand new. They even cleaned the interior. I'm not one that does surveys, but I felt compelled to do this one. Thank you for outstanding service!
