From the first minute I walked in the door of Gerber, I was treated with the utmost respect. The estimate I received was performed thoroughly and expeditiously. The appointment to have my car repaired was set up. I dropped my car off to begin the repairs, Gerber made arrangements with Enterprise to have a rental car on site for me. Most importantly, when the repair work was completed, my car looked beautiful. The work performed was excellent. I was more than 100% satisfied. And after arriving at Gerber to pick up my car, they took care of the rental car I was using. One less thing I had to worry about. This was the best experience I have had dealing with a Collision Company. They made a bad experience into the best possible experience. Thank You all !!!!!
