My BMW took a rock to the hood so off to see Karl at Gerber and have the hood repaired and painted. Karl had concerns about getting the grills off to paint the hood properly as one of the grills had epoxy holding it in place. I said paint around it but that wasn't good enough for Karl and Gerber. Needless to say a flawless job was done on the hood. How they got the grill out I don't but even better is they got it back in looking like a factory fit. Lindsey, the manager, checked me in and out upon completion. I don't think it took more than 5 minutes to complete both processes. My car was don't on time, exactly as promised and detailed to perfection. I was kept informed of the progress thru the entire process and Tiffany even left a thank you note and a watermelon lollipop on the console fro the ride home.
