I went to Gerber Collision for an auto body repair. I talked first to Matt, the Manager. He was very nice and fully explained the process of having my car repaired at Gerber. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, Amanda did all the paperwork and contacted them right away. She was also very pleasant and helpful. They updated me during the week, letting me know the status of the repair. They knew I was anxious to get my car back, and they did their best to accommodate me. I had it back in 5 days. The repair work was excellent. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Gerber Collision.

Very pleasant experience. Customer service was amazing and so was the repair. Everything was done in the estimated time AND the shop kept me informed/updated with everything as well. They even made the rental process smooth. Honestly they made the WHOLE process smooth and my car looks amazing! Obviously no one wants to have collision damage to their vehicle but if I ever find myself in this predicament again I will be sure to choose Gerber. Thank you all again.

Jessica is very well aware of my situation and she made my life so comforable. I have been there many of times and their staff and techichains who repairs my demages. The whole staff really work together very well. I have no negatives things to say this auto body shop in Crafton. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!
