I recently had the pleasure of having my bumper repaired on my 2005 Cadillac Escalade. Gerber collision exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job. from their courteous helpful receptionist to the high quality of care that was given to my vehicle I really appreciate all you do. They even helped me by changing my tire for me at no charge when I found a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I would send my own mother to them for work needed. I was very impressed with the Pen Argyl facility. From the time I dropped off my car until pickup, I experienced a very professional and efficient organization. Kayla went over the estimate and provided information on the 'Typical Repair Process' which detailed the sequence of events. Frequent updates via text messages and phone calls from Kayla kept me abreast of their progress. The quality of the repair work was excellent. When picking up the car, Kayla handled the Enterprise rental car return. I would highly recommend them!

The repairs on my Altima were well done. It looked great and clean when I picked it up. The car was a mess from a deer running into it on the highway and Pyn Argyl Gerber made it look as good as new. The shop sent text messages and phone calls that kept me informed on the progress of the repair. I would use this shop again (but hope I don't have to soon).

We just got our 2007 Toyota Prius back today. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. The work was completed within the original timeframe told to us, we were provided with phone updates, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The car had even been cleaned and vacuumed! All around great experience.
