Randy Garman and Katie Cargill treated me like family. I was misdiagnosed with a cancerous tumor in jaw which led to being rear ended in Springfield IL, 3 blocks from my surgeons office. Needless to say I was a basket case. From the first day I stepped foot into your shop in Pekin I cried and ranted on about my health my car. Both Katie and Randy handled me with warmth and compassion. They repaired my car like new. kept me in the loop as to texts messages on where my repair was in process. They were very polite. Called with updates and fixed my van quick. The van got to gerber Thursday morning and Friday evening it was fixed. I wasn't able to pick the van up til Saturday morning and they said no problem the paper work would be at the front desk ready to go. The only issue I had was the replaced bumper wasn't snapped together all the way. They were really nice when I asked about and had no problem fixing it real quick. That's why 4 starts and not 5. I would go back and recommend them to people. Seems to be a good place and nice people.
