We recently made a trip to Tallahassee, and when we got back home here to PCB, we noticed our rear bumper was gone! We just purchased our 2023 Chevy Trailblazer, and now someone took our bumper!! We first went to the dealership, and they estimated it to be $2,000. So we turned our claim into our insurance company, who assigned Gerber Collision in PCB on Front Beach Road to give an estimate. So we made an appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted friendly by John, who seemed to be one of the office managers. He quickly took a look at our bumper issue, then brought the parts up in his computer, and said it was such a simple job, only costing less than $400. So we were able to cancel our insurance claim, and just pay out of pocket. In about a week, our bumper was installed, and the job was completed. We were so happy with this ... collision shop. Their business is run efficiently, and uncomplicated. And they weren't out to break our pocket book. They treated us like family. We definitely would recommend them to all our friends and family. read more

2 months ago my wife, I and 2 of our granddaughters were in Panama City Beach to scatter our late 44 yr old daughter, Katie's, ashes in the Gulf from a boat charter. After a long, emotional trip from West Tennessee, I pulled into an extremely narrow parking garage spot and and a sliding door on our Honda Odyssey had been left open. It hung on a concrete pillar and drove the door back off the track severely damaging the inner workings. Several nice guys helped and we were able to get the door partly closed. I looked online and found Gerber collision and went there the next morning wondering how we would get home. 2 wonderful employees, Jason and Drew worked on it and were able to get it closed and latched so we could continue our trip. They would not accept any payment and were so helpful. Thank you again!

I went to Gerber today and I can give 3 reasons to give them you business. They are professional, friendly and fast. I had a minor issue to sort out and I was greeted at the door and was back on the road in minutes. If I need glass or collision service to be done, I will call Gerber!

I cannot say enough about the professional service that I received today from the employees at Gerber. I set up an appointment yesterday and today I brought my vehicle in and the work was completed same day. They had some difficulty in the area where they were working, due to previous work by another company, but took extra time on it and did an exceptional job. I am very impressed with the Manager Kevin for all of his help and for being such a kind person. Fantastic work and great people! Thank you!

I waited a few months to make sure that all was as it seemed.....perfect!! We had an accident on the first full day of our vacation and Gerber was able to coordinate everything from parts delivery to repair to insurance within the time left. It was impressive. All repairs looked good and are good inside as well.
