They were great! We got the Chevy Tahoe back earlier than we thought and updated us daily on our vehicle. They had great communication and genuine interest in making sure we were happy when we left with the car fixed. They took care of extensions between the rental company and insurance. Highly recommend and very happy! 10/10!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after my 2023 Toyota RAV4 needed repairs. Naila (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!) at the front desk was an awesome receptionist. She helped me on several occasions, especially when I scheduled an estimate appointment but didn't receive a confirmation text. She quickly got me in with the next available appointment, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she kept me updated and was incredibly welcoming-she even remembered me by name when I came to pick up my car.
