Took the vehicle in today, per agreed upon schedule. Repairs were accomplished on time and for the agreed upon estimate. Workmanship was very good and truck is just like new. They also did an excellent job of washing and cleaning it as well. Very good service. Well run facility. Very courteous personnel.

While my SUV was there for collision repair. I called Jim the estimator at that store for a quote on repairing my back driver's side window. Earlier this year the window dropped down and was off track. We had my son prop the window up under the panel for a quick fix. In my conversation to Jim on Friday when the collision repair was in final stages of putting back together, he didn't hesitate to take on this repair request....in a few hours they had checked it out quoted it and it was ready that quick. Gerber has the very best people working for them.......my truck was immaculate when I picked it up the preceding Monday. It looked great...and everything worked!! Thanks!!!

Thanks to Hartford for recommending Gerber. We were at a loss who to find to help us get our SUV repaired. The first phone call and talking to personnel there told me we had made the right choice. They were prompt to pick it up and kept us updated daily. My SUV was well taken care of there. Dealing with caring and friendly people is a great way to do business and the Owasso store has the right people working with the public there Thanks Jim and crew!

James did an excellent job on the repainting of hood and rear bumper. Looks great. He also arranged to have the windows tinted while the car was in the shop. Very professional and friendly service! Will definitely bring our cars back when repairs are needed.
