Very friendly, thorough, and fast. I especially appreciated the texts sent to me throughout the process to let me know the status of my repair. I'm bad with names, but I believe I dealt with Lisa and tommy. The were friendly, professional, and down to earth. I live on the other side of Tulsa from this location, but will choose to go out of my way to get service there in the future.

Customer service is wonderful! Estimator Tommy D. is very friendly and stayed in contact with me regarding the progress of my repairs to my car that was involved in a minor accident. I needed another estimate for some other work my car needed, and he was prompt in calling me with an estimate. He offered a great deal, and my car was repaired in no time! I definitely recommend this body shop because of the customer service and the the timely manner my car was finished. Great job!:))

Gerber Auto Collision made this repair on my vehicle one of the best experiences I have ever had with any repair shop. They were super friendly and professional and made me truly believe they cared about my car, repairing it the right way, and getting it back to me as soon as possible. They far exceeded my expectations and have my car ready 4 days before there initial estimate. If anything ever happens to my vehicle ever again, Gerber will be where I turn to.

There was no need to constantly contact the shop while my car was being fixed! I received texts and phone calls with updates. I didn't need to worry about what was going on with my car while I was driving a rental car. The estimate was given for 6 days, but it only took 4 days. I was amazed by the customer service from the beginning when I received an estimate until the time I picked up my car.!
