I'm very satisfied with the work Gerber did for me. The company from front desk to Mgr to Technician were outstanding. Did the work on time, made adjustments, no questions asked, very efficient. Clean organized office and work area. The customer service from my initial call - was outstanding. Workmanship and service EXCELLENT - way above and beyond just "good enough" - so refreshing in a world where a lot of businesses seem to do just enough to get by. Thanks Gerber on Forsyth!

The personnel at this office were superb, friendly and courteous. They fulfill what they say. My car seems like it was brand new after I was broadsided. Their waiting room clean and immaculate. The folks at Gerber Collision and Glass in Orlando (especially Julie and Ynes) were fabulous. There was an issue with parts and they kept me updated and in the loop, even when I was out of town. They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend Gerber to family or friends.

What a great group of people! I had two collisions, back to back, and the people at Forsyth Rd. Gerber took superb care of me. for both. incidents. Carlos did a quick appraisal and my Honda was repaired beautifully. Even the Sheriff's deputy who was assigned to the collision told me my SUV had a beautiful paint job! Yaira was sweet, comforting and efficient, and she even gave me lunch! THANKS to the whole group at Gerber, Forsyth Rd. I would trust them with my car anytime!! ????
