Service was excellent. Could have said there was more damage or more expensive, but they were honest and did exactly what we agreed on. Casey K. was representative that worked with me.

I found my experience with Gerber to be exceptional. From the estimator, Casey K, to the receptionist, to the repairs. I was treated courteously and professionally.

My car got rear-ended. The damage wasn't too bad, but bad enough. My care was repaired (with OEM parts) in less than 36 hours, and it turned out great! The customer service was excellent. Patricia was awesome and very pleasant over the phone and in-person. She helped make this ordeal go smoothly for me. Thanks to everyone at this Orland Park location!

Great people from the time you enter the place. They make you feel comfortable and assist you in any way that you might need. They explained every detailed of what to expect of the repair. TO TOP THEM ALL IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY. I will gladly tell my friends of this excellent service. Thanks also to the Enterprise who took their time to come to my house regarding small issues of the car. To the management thanks for your excellent service.

I called a Gerber shop that was close to my house...the woman on the other line was not as friendly and helpful as I would have liked. So, I called the Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland Park and the person who answered the phone, Patricia, was very nice and helpful. I decided to take my car there to get service. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy on me! The estimator I worked with, Casey, was also great and personable! I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional - my car was even cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. My only complaint is the rental car - it was not clean on the inside and smelled like smoke. I called Enterprise about this and I'm still waiting for a call back.

Very Professional and did an excellent job repairing the damage to my rear bumper. Had Enterprise rental car right there at the job which I took when dropping off the car after work.

This was my second experience with Gerber Collision and I can't say enough about how professional, efficient, and kind all of the employees are. Lainie and Patricia go above and beyond what customer service is all about. It makes an unfortunate situation calm and reassuring. I have highly recommended and will continue to recommend Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland to all my family and friends. What a top notch establishment!!! Thank you!

Excellent service and staff. They were very informative and did the work much quicker than our expectations. They were very thorough in all conversations about the problem, how to fix the problem and when it would be completed. Casey, the staff person we dealt with explained all at the end and encouraged us to be back if anything went wrong. I would highly recommend this office.

I just wanted to say how very happy I was with the quick service I received from the staff last week. Also the estimater named Casey was very helpful informative and honest on the very minor repair my car needed. He's help was very much appreciated.
