I couldn't even begin to explain how exemplary the customer service is at this location. From my first phone call through receiving the keys back this afternoon, the team at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park were in my corner. They helped me find a rental, they kept me updated on repairs, they even gave me personal phone calls to check in throughout the repair process so I was well informed of everything that was going on. They were more than kind, very polite, and were extremely open about what to expect when going through the process of repairing my vehicle. If I ever find myself in need of work on my car in the future, I'll be back to this location without fail.
