The service, repair and bodywork on my car was beyond expectation. From Gina at the front desk, to the nice young man who detailed my car before delivery, and the guy who explained what was done (wish I could remember their names), I was blown away with their customer service. They took great care of me and my car. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, although I hope I don't need their services again!. They turned an accident/bad experience into an exemplary customer service experience! And my car looks and rides like new!

Fasr and custom service that is hard to find today. Jeep was repaired like new, spotless on the outside and detailed on the inside. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants expert repairs and custom service like the old days. Friendly employees and polite service make it 5-stars++

Great service; great quality work! The Gerber staff in Orland Park fully explained the details of the repair, the cost estimate and the estimated completion date. They also arranged a car rental at the Gerber facility. I had a very good experience with them.

The service was speedy and more importantly of high quality. I will definitely be coming back if I have any other future auto body issues, and I will be referring my friends and family as well. It is always nice to meet people who still believe in quality work. Thanks Gerber!
