My rearview mirror detached. I went to O'Reilly's and picked up a repair kit. Followed directions and it held for 24 hours only to detach again. Called Gerber to ask if they could fix it. Talked to Christina. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Went in and she fixed it quickly. So far, it's still mounted! They have my future business for any other needs I might end up having! Recommend!

The repair/replacement of the Subaru antenna on the top of my car used the latest model of antenna, about which I am very satisfied. The exterior damage to the top of the car was very well repaired as well as the inside headliner. The car now looks better than when it was new (2016).

Our car was hit in a parking lot, the damage was relatively minor, however it definitely needed repair. We could not have been more pleased with the service and workmanship by the Gerber staff. I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Work was excellent--the car looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside before returning it to me. If I need their services again, I have no reservations about returning to this place of business. Their partnership with Enterprise leasing made renting/returning the car very easy.

I called Ron after my first bumper repair place sent me into an emotion rollercoaster. I wasn't able to get a referral for a repair center so I picked one close to work. I will never go back, as I begged my Dealership for a referral and they gave me Gerber Collision and I will refer anyone who needs car repair.
