They did a wonderful job with fixing my car. Andy kept me up to date on the repairs. He even took the time to show me what parts they had to replace. I will use them again if i need to and will recommend them to other people.

An absolutely great experience. I found James Shilling to be professional and was exceptional to work with on my collision repair. The repair on my car was completed ahead of schedule and looked great. I would highly recommend Gerber again.

i've had work done here before and james took care of me and car very well .so when i called him because i didnt know who around could do it for me and when he said that they could do it i brought it that got on it and had it back to me quick and a lot cheaper than what the dealer had qouted me...will use again without adout

went in for something small that two other body shops told me to find somebody else to do the work.when i walked in james took care of me right away and ordered the part i need i came back in 3 days when it came in and i could not be happier...thank you james and the rest of the store people.while i was drink the free coffee everone that came in the office were really nice to me ....thank you

I am very impressed with the work performed by Gerber Collision & Glass on my Dodge Dakota. The work was completed within the time promised and everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. When I picked up my truck, I was very pleased to find that it had been washed and cleaned up. Even the wheels were sparkling! These guys are SUPER, and I highly recommend them for collision repair. Damaged the finish on my Rav while cleaning it. The personnel at Gerber were attentive, friendly, and didn't laugh when I told them what I had done. My vehicle was taken in in a timely fashion, ready when promised, and repair cost exactly as quoted. The work was above and beyond my expectations as they took the time to detail my car and literally made it look as good as new. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. I highly this crew at any time for any service.

They did a great job and worked with me to get the window replaced quickly. I booked an appointment online and was later called and told to call the Owasso office to schedule an appointment. There was confusion because they were looking for my appointment but there was none, Everything was worked out when I stopped by their office, but I think if they had been informed by the main office that I was going to call there would have been less confusion.

had my Jetta taken there when my niece wrecked it .i have progressive ins and the adjuster spoke very highly of them so i had it towed there...to bad for me it was a total and had to get another car but james at gerber made everything easy for me during the process..the anna was always very nice and kind on the phone when i call or came in.even though the other estimator was not handling my car when i came in he always asked how i was doing and i think his name was andy the boss was kind when i talked to him waiting on james...i hope i dont get in another wreck but if i do i will have my car taking to gerber in owasso..A CLASS PEOPLE AND SERVICE

they were great this was the second time i've used them in the last year and both times has been just great service.annie at the front desk is always so nice.james has helped me both times i have been an and done great job...i felt bad because car van was dirty when i took it in but when i picked it up it looked great.the inside was clean aswell as the outside...i will use gerber again if i ever need there help again

This is my families second time dealing with Gerber. This time was fantastic. I got a phone call every other day. They were willing to work with me, and my schedule to get my car fixed. They picked me up, or had arrangements made to get me to Enterprise, or the bank, ironically. My car drives fantastic and it looks great. I would recommend Gerber to anyone, and will use them again!

Gerber so rocks, Kim got my vehicle in on a Thursday and it was ready for pick up Monday afternoon of the next week. Replaced the bumper, light and radiator and air condenser, wow everything matched up beautifully......Like I said Gerber so ROCKS Phenomenal service, I would highly recommend GERBER! The customer service outstanding my claim adjuster Kim Ketchum is such a rock star!!~
