Professional staff. Great service. Had a bumper replaced and a door ding repaired. I actually got my car back a little earlier than expected. Ron did a great job following through on what he said he'd do. The lady in the front office with him was very pleasant and professional.

We took our GMC Acadia to Gerber because our front doors (both sides) were sprung out of place because of the Oklahoma wind. James Schiling was the estimator that worked with us. Both times we used Gerber we have worked with James Shilling and have been totally pleased with the exceptional customer service provided. In the future will use Gerber for all our collision needs. Great, fast service. Friendly, helpful staff. Your quote was quite a bit higher than the other we obtained, HOWEVER, my husband and I both feel your repair was more complete and in depth. That's why we chose to go with Gerber.

I had the most awesome experience in dealing with Gerber in Owasso. I had waited several days for my insurance company to call me back and when I finally got a hold of someone they gave me a couple of local options. I had recently heard an ad on the radio that I recall being a Gerber ad. So I decided to call Gerber first to see what my options were. Amy answered and since it was close to closing time and the estimator had a few folks left to see she said I would have to wait until morning. But after I explained my situation to her, she immediately said bring it on in, we'll make room for you tonight. Awesome! Then upon arrival, Jimmy promptly came to see the damages and after a chat on what was the protocol and company standards he explained everything in detail. He asked if I could leave the car at that time and said they could begin ... tearing it down to see the extent of the damage. He was so professional and courteous, even offering to get me into a rental so I could get to work Mon-Fri. Right then I knew I had chosen the right place. Jimmy called every few days to give me status updates and was very thorough explaining all the details and taking care of my worries. Even though the company standard is to quote a longer process time, which I totally understand the need for that, when Jimmy called to say it was ready one week prior to the estimated date, I was elated. Ray did a wonderful job explaining all the finish details and was super at making sure I treated the fresh paint the right way. I have been telling everyone at work and family members about how great my experiences have been during all this. I hope that you will do the right thing and show your team that they are the backbone of your company and reward your staff for such an outstanding job they have all done. Hopefully I won't need the services in the future, but if so, you will have a very loyal customer in me. Many thanks again for a job well done! read more
