From the moment my vehicle was dropped off Gerber immediately reach out to me. Debbie my consultant kept me fully informed the whole way through the process. She was very friendly and helpful. The outcome of the vehicle was awesome. I could not believe how great a job they did. The vehicle looked brand new again. I was very well pleased with Gerber and Debbie. Great service, I've used Gerber twice now and both times they have done excellent work. The employees were all very nice, Chelsea was so understanding and very helpful. They kept me updated through texts and had my car ready in a timely manner, also worked well with my insurance. I would recommend them over orher repair places.
