I got a call that my truck was done , I ,,,was really surprise it was done fast, tony call me and let me know about the truck , left message. when I working,, they did a great job on my truck. tony explain to me what they did etc . tony is a nice person so was the co-workers well I,m happy I got my truck back your company is great place to get your auto done, great job guys

I recently had my car repaired at Gerber Collision on Mahoning Ave. in Austi ntown, Ohio.The service I received form Tony S. and Theresa was awesome. They treated me like a queen! I am a widowed senior citizen and am always worried about being taken by sales people, but not to worry here. My car was repaired and now looks better than new. They made a traumatic ordeal become a pleasant experience. I wish all people were as considerate, caring and compassionate as Tony and Theresa. You are fortunate to have them on your staff. I will recommend Gerber Cllision to anyone and all . Kudos also to your repair crew for my car looks beautiful. Than you to all at Gerber Collision.

Extremely satisfied with repairs to my truck. I was given a thorough understanding of the process. I was provided periodic updates of status and completion of repairs. Folks were all very courteous. Upon completion, Ryan went over the repairs, was very thorough and extremely courteous. I could not have had a better experience.

I would just like to commend Mike Walker and the rest of the staff from the receptionist to the other office staff I met. They treated me with respect and kept me in the loop every step of the way while my vehicle was being repaired. I am very pleased with the results. I would not hesistate to return to gerber if I needed them again (hopefully I won't), and I would tell others about their outstanding service. Thanks Mike.
