Unfortunate enough to be in a 4 car pile up and later a 3 car. The first time Gerber did the repair work and I was so pleased I insisted on going back. Customer Service is amazing from the minute you walk in the door to the guys doing the repairs. I recently stopped by to see about needing a side mirror replaced that was forgotten during repairs. It was a holiday week, short handed and busy but they dropped everything to replace it even though I didn't have an appointment and someone probably worked through lunch in order to get it done. They pay attention to every detail and it shows in their work and I won't take my car anywhere else.
