The service at Gerber was outstanding. Michele quickly followed up with FleetResponse and emailed me a time to drop off my vehicle. Michele said it would take 3 to 4 days and the vehicle was ready in 3 days! The follow up was outstanding both over the phone and through email. The vehicle looked great when the team was done with the repairs. I could not even tell where the work was done because it flowed so nicely with the rest of the vehicle. The staff even offered to help place items back into my car. I would highly recommend Gerber of Akron.

Don O. and Doug Best provided excellent service. They were very friendly,kept me informed of the work progress,and coordinated with Safelite Glass and Enterpris rental car. The work was completed in less than the original estimate and the car was washed and cleaned prior to delivery.

My twenty year old son and his friends were in a car accident while visiting Akron from Florida. The boys needed to be home within a few days and were stranded without a car because they were under the age to rent one. Mike and the crew at Gerber were awesome. They were able to fix the car in two days and get the boys back on the road home. They turned a very bad experience into a pleasant resolution. The car looks great and we could not be happier. Mike was very patient with all of my phone calls and worked with our insurance company to make sure the boys were home in time. I appreciate all the hard work and patience!
