My son was in a car accident, and the other driver's insurance company sent us to Gerber for the repairs. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Gerber's employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained everything in detail and kept us informed daily throughout the process. The receptionist was particular wonderful to work with. She even went as far as to call the rental car company when she noticed I had been waiting longer than expected for them to arrive. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family and to my insurance company as well. Thank you Gerber!

Gerber took such good care of my Subaru - very thorough job. It took longer than expected but they let me know up-front that it was possible after disassembly to see full extent of damage. The woman on the phone/front desk was absolutely great. So friendly and she answered all my questions and gave me some tips for working with Allstate (the woman at fault's insurer who was paying for the damages). Although Allstate was not easy to deal with, Gerber was terrific and regular text messages with status updates were super helpful. Thanks so much!

Gerber did a fine job on the repair of my 2023 Chevy Equinox. From Jackie, the front desk /receptionist/administrative assistant, to the manager to the repair crew...everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Would highly recommend Gerber and feel confident in doing so.
