I can't say enough good things about this body shop! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They had my car finished well before the estimated completion date, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was kept in the loop every step of the way with timely updates, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the process. On top of the excellent repair work, they went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car-something I wasn't expecting at all. Huge shoutout to Matt for his outstanding service-he was professional, communicative, and just all-around great to work with. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done. Paint match is perfect. The rental car process was simple and painless. They had the rental car delivered, then handled the return to shorten the time I spent at their shop.

Jim and the staff at Gerber were fantastic to work with throughout the unfortunate lengthy process due to the insurance company and their internal staffing issues, regardless Gerber kept me informed throughout the process. The vehicle needed painted on the front end and I was told before repairs it may not match 100% due to the in factory 3 coat process. I'm overall satisfied with the service.
