The staff called me frequently to update me on the status of the car. The work done made the car look good as new, and they were able to fix the glass on site as well. The car took a long time to get fixed, but would have taken much longer at any other shop in town based on the calls I made. I was fortunate to get into this shop. The customer service felt like the quality of a good mom and pop shop. Very satisfied

Very organized; great customer service- only negative is the hours- it would be so nice if the shop was open until 6:00 and/or on Saturday morning for pick-up and drop-off.
