On February 26, 2013, I brought my car in to the Boardman, Ohio location for an estimate due to damage incurred from an accident. I was very happy with the service that I received from Max Dunn and his staff from start to finish. My car was actually completed days ahead of schedule and Sean kept me posted through a series of text messages. EMAIL: Mr. Berry, My son just had his car repaired by you through Erie Insurance. He has a 2005 Chevy Cobalt and his name is Thaxton Burrs. I just wanted to drop you guys a line to say I was very impressed with the level of service you gave him. He did not have to sit and wonder what the status was on the repairs as the communication was phenomenal! The repairs were top notch and you had the car looking brand new again! Even when there was an issue with the front drivers side headlight, you corrected it hassle-free and quickly. This type of customer service is non existent anymore and it is rare and unique.
