Just had to compliment your company on its quality workmanship and customer relations. I needed body work done on my 2012 Equinox and was recommended to your body shop, Gerber Collision & Glass, 5461Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, OH, for the repairs the car needed. I must say my car was meticulously taking care of inside and out. I am very pleased with the repair. Mike Walker,estimator, took, what I consider, great care in explaining what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. No question was too minor or irrelevant for Mike to want to answer. The detailed explanation of what services would be provided was outstanding! He also frankly discussed the advantages and disadvantages about getting my insurance company involved. I did not feel rushed or like I had to make a decision on the spot about leaving my car with your company. I ... was pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up (which was sooner than promised) - it was cleaned, polished, and the inside was immaculately cleaned. My expectations were more than met - the car was repaired, cleaned, polished, and looked like it had just been detailed (inside and out). Thanks to all of you! The quality of your efforts did not go unnoticed! On a scaled of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I would rate your organization 10+. Hello, I wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the customer service at Gerber. I dealt with Christian mainly and he was always very nice and ensured that my car was in perfect working condition. Even after the car left the facility and 2 days later we started having troubles with the front end, he insisted I bring the car back and he had it fixed. I was very pleased with the ladies at the front desk as well, they were very personable and it was nice to sit and chit chat with them. All in all I will go back to Gerber if I am in another collision, but hopefully that won't happen! :) Thanks again! Sheena Moore

I would like to commend you and you team for an outstanding job. From the moment I dropped off my car your staff, especially Barry and the lady who sits behind the desk (sorry I am bad with names) were polite, professional, courteous and confident. I actually need to pull out a dictionary to type out some more positive adjectives about your staff….In being the General Manager I know it is difficult to build a quality team. You must do a great job with your employees as they seem to love their jobs and that exudes to the customer. Also, the $59.99 detail special you provide is awesome as I have paid $150 to $200. I can assure you that all my friends and family will know about your company. I am actually a little dumbfounded as I am trying to think about something to complain about but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING COMES TO MIND. I am the Associate ... Director of the Pittsburgh Catholic Cemeteries Association. I wish we had employees as happy and professional as yours’. I would like to steal Barry from you but I would never do that; bad karma. In conclusion Mr. Dunn you should pat yourself on the back because your team is a well oiled machine. Your company should grow by leaps and bounds. I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the job Gerber did on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. This is the second time I have had work done on this vehicle by Gerber (previously True2Form). Every person I came in contact with was very helpful and professional. Originally, I was told the car would be ready in three days. You actually finished the work in two days. I was happy to have the car finished in a timely manner. More importantly, I am very happy with the way the car looks. Hopefully, I won’t need your services for a long time, but if I do, I will not hesitate to bring it back to Gerber. Additionally, I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others.
