I will never recommend this place to anyone. The company charges an arm and a leg for sketchy work to be done. I had repairs made and within a little over a month (of the work being done) I had to call and now take my car back to the shop to be fixed again. Since it was never done properly the first time.

I want to thank you for the way you handled my claim for damage to my '00 Lexus, and the repair work Gerber did. You pursued the adjuster and got the decision from him to go ahead with the repair very promptly. The car was ready a day ahead of the promised date, and the job was very well done. I got my car back looking better than before, and the whole experience was positive. If I have any other need for car body work, I won't hesitate to come back to Gerber. Thanks a lot!

loved the daily text updates. really made us fell important. the car was done two days early and looks GREAT. the staff were GREAT also. and the flower my wife got when we picked up our car I thought was a great touch. U GUY ARE GREAT

I was directed to go to your Powell st location in Ohio (wasnt close to my work address), I asked that my claim be sent to the Cleveland location. I must say, I'm very glad I did. The staff was professional and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Jenny (the lady in the office who was extremely helpful). Overheard me having trouble with Enterprise and call another office, who took care of the mix-up.Hopefully I will never have the need for these services again but if I do I will definitely be back and use that location.

From the moment I walked into Gerber, I knew that this was the perfect choice for me. The first thing I was subjected to was a kind and caring staff who was more than willing to help me with any problem I had. I came into Gerber for an estimate on my VW Beetle's damage, and shortly after made an appointment with them to in-trustingly repair my front end. Gerber's general manager, Max, went over and above to take care of my VW and kept me posted on the status of the repairs daily. Max even researched possible options for the other miscellaneous problems I had to my VW. My VW Beetle is my pride and joy, and Max confidently returned my Beetle in pristine condition! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! A sincere thank you to Max, Mary, and Bear :)

We we very happy with the text reminders and the sincere customer service everyone gave. From the time we dropped of our vehicle on thru the final inspection when we picked up the vehicle, everyone was top-notch! Having to get a vehicle repaired, especially a hit-and-run like we experienced, was a little easier to accept once we seen the quality work that was performed. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service in getting my wife's car repaired Everybody at Gerber that we dealt with were helpful, friendly and informed. Our car was completed a day early and the work was done to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience at Gerber was excellent and we would certainly use them again although we hope to not be involved in any more accidents.
