I had my car repaired. Joe followed up with me after the fact. I explained that I noticed an area of damage with the pull handle on my liftgate that I hadn't noticed prior to bringing it in. He graciously offered to order the part, & install it free of charge. I, very much, appreciated that! Excellent customer service. They really care.

This place is AMAZING!!! Cher at the front desk was a doll and helped me out so much!!! Joe kept me updated on my vehicle through the whole experience. Coming from a person who worked at a collision shop myself, I knew the headaches that I was about to have to endure. But I was completely wrong! This place is amazing!!
