I could not be happier with the work that Gerber Collision & Glass did for me. The area of my car that had been damaged was restored perfectly. Beyond that, when I picked it up, my car looked, inside and out, as if it had just come off the dealer's showcase. The Gerber team kept connected to insure me of when my car would be ready for pickup which was in a very short period. In addition, they cut costs to make it more affordable. Great customer service. Repairs done earlier than expected. Looks perfect. Appreciated the continual updates on repairs by Ginny. Especially liked that Jeanette arranged car rental and pick-up for me. Very, very nice people!!

The work was done well before the target date. The office staff were great. The replacement door fits well, and the paint appears blended to the color of the existing paint. Overall, I am pleased with the work. My only complaint is that the pinstriping was replaced, but only on the affected door, the front door, and the rear fender. The front fender and the opposite side pinstriping are still the faded and peeling stripes from when it was new. This looks rather bad, and reduces the value of the car. I suppose I will have to take it somewhere and get an estimate for replacing the rest of the pinstripe so it all matches, and just pay it out of pocket. Hopefully, that won't be very expensive. The car may be older, but I have kept it looking almost new on the exterior. However, the replaced door seems to blend perfectly and gives no evidence ... read more
