Service was excellent and the repair looks like the car was brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Was kept up to date on the repair status and best part was calling in and having a real person answer the phone rather than being stuck in a voice mail dungeon. Way to go Gerber Oak Forest!

Stephanie and the front desk girl gave excellent customer service. They were great to work with, I was impressed with the number of updates I received. They finished ahead of schedule. They made a very inconvenient situation. easier for me particularly getting the rental car from Enterprise. I wish I could give them all the stars in the world because my vehicle looks incredible! I've used other collision centers and nobody compares to Gerber in Oak Forest IL. I've been getting so many compliments on my vehicle! I've been asked if my car is brand new and it's a 2017! They do impeccable work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The repair came out beautiful. I was totally impressed with their work. The Office personnel was helpful and kind understanding that this was my vehicle and I was concerned. Taking my worries away with explanations of what was to be done. Very nice location with very nice people. Thank you for such a gratifying exzperience. Sorry but I don't have any photos.

Bottomed out my car, repairs completed & ahead of schedule. Also had addt'l problems afterward but turns out not related to my loss, Jarod was VERY helpful in explaining what to do next. Turns out problem was due to dealership negligence and they paid everything no questions asked. Couldn't have done it without Jarod's knowledge and assistance!

Jessica was amazing at keeping me updated on the arrival of parts and made sure everything comming in matched the interior of my car (one piece was discontinued in the color I needed) by offering to paint the part that did not match. Overall the customer service there was very friendly and helpful.
