I was very happy with the service and repair I received from Gerber. They were very communicative during the whole process and worked very quickly every time I had an interaction with them. Barbara was a great help and a very nice person to work with. She even helped me jump my car before I left Gerber. I would recommend Gerber to people who reside in the Cleveland area. Also, as a bonus they even cleaned the inside of my car! I was so happy to see that.

I only dealt with Barb in the front office, but she was very customer service oriented. She fully explained the work that needed to be done, answering all my questions. When I picked up the car, she did a thorough walk-around to make sure I was happy with the results of the work done.

With the help of Barb at Gerber, she was able to move my repair about a month ahead due to a opening in the repair schedule. They kept me notified of any problems and or the approximate time the repair would be completed in which they were dead on. They worked very well with my insurance company. Everything concerning Gerber was very honest and professional and they kept me updated weekly. The vehicle was repaired an you couldn't find anything out of place. If I were to get in another accident or need a vehicle repaired this is the first place I would go. I am very happy with the service and how nice they were to me and my family
