KIMBERLY HELP ME.....WOW WOW WOW MY ISSUE WAS NON RELATED TO INSURANCE OR AN ACCIDENT. I HAD PULLED THE BOTTOM DRIVER SIDE CORNER OF THE "CURB ALERT" GUARD OFF AND DISCONNECTED IF THE HOOKS/PINS. I THOUGHT I HAD BROKEN A PIECE OFF. I COULD NOT GET IT TO HOLD MYSELF. SO I STOPPED BY-JUST BECAUSE I KNEW WHERE THIS LOCATION WAS. FILLED OUT SOME PAPERWORK...KIMBERLY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK MY CAR AWAY. CAME BACK AND SHE SAID "HOW IS THAT?" AND IT WAS FIXED. SEEMS TO BE CORRECT AND SHOULD HOLD. I ASKED OF COURSE HOW MUCH AND SHE SAID NOTHING. SO I'M GIVING HER AND THIS LOCATION A BIG SHOUT OUT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I DO NEED THE SERVICES OF GERBER ON A MORE GRANDER SCALE (HOPEFULLY NO TIME SOON) I'LL CERTAINLY BE BACK AND WILL GIVE THEM ENDORSEMENTS TO OTHERS AS WELL. GREAT JOB IN GREENSBORO FOLKS.

I returned to Gerber at this location because of the wonderful most satisfying first experience with their fairest experience I have ever had over my 45 years of driving experience and incidents for repairs. The staff is caring and knowledgeable giving detailed vehicular repair information and options for repair as well as excellent updates, repairs, and delivery afterwards. I will always return to them and I do honestly suggest that everyone seek their services before going anywhere else. I am most appreciative for how they cared for me--everyone of them!

Great service with very nice people and the work was to notch. They made an otherwise frustrating situation of damage repair easy and convenient. The team even stayed late to let me pick up my car when I got stuck in traffic. Would recommend!
