I could not have been more impressed by how great the repair process was. Everyone handling my repair was so professional and informative. I was greeted by name walking into pick up my car and I could have asked for a better experience. In fact, the whole experience was so flawless, I almost want someone to rear-end my car again just so I can go back to this shop!

We had our Lincoln MKS repaired in this facility which had some front fairing damage from a piece of metal on the Interstate. The entire process was handled very well not only by USAA but this facility. from the time I received my estimate which was very accurate from Charles to the repair and return of my car as promised, which was returned like new and was clean and we were very happy with the quality of work and again the entire process.

My service was STELLAR! Chad was caring, sensitive, empathetic and kept me updated at all times. He eased my fears about the damage to my beloved Lexus from the start. I've had other cars fixed at Gerber and when the tow truck driver told me he had to take my car to some random lot, I said "heck no" and paid the $125 for him to take it (and me) to Gerber. I knew once I got there I would be all good, despite the stress of my accident. Gerber even had my back making sure I knew I could get reimbursed from State Farm for the towing. Now that's some serious customer service. I cannot say enough great things about Gerber in Holly Springs. the ladies at the front desk are even fabulous. They will hunt down a rental car for you if you are having problems. They care, period!
