My service was STELLAR! Chad was caring, sensitive, empathetic and kept me updated at all times. He eased my fears about the damage to my beloved Lexus from the start. I've had other cars fixed at Gerber and when the tow truck driver told me he had to take my car to some random lot, I said "heck no" and paid the $125 for him to take it (and me) to Gerber. I knew once I got there I would be all good, despite the stress of my accident. Gerber even had my back making sure I knew I could get reimbursed from State Farm for the towing. Now that's some serious customer service. I cannot say enough great things about Gerber in Holly Springs. the ladies at the front desk are even fabulous. They will hunt down a rental car for you if you are having problems. They care, period!

I am extremely happy with the customer service and technical staff at Gerber Collision & Glass for their great job they've done to repair my car. My bumper looked brand new once the work was completed. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way, and addressed any questions I asked in a very professional manner. I went back to get my headlight checked and they replaced a new bulb that was needed for free. I also asked about removing a dent that had been made earlier (from a rock) on the hood of my car, and they gave me a great referral who removed it perfectly. I used their service to repair the windshield to my husband's car and they came to his workplace and repaired it quickly while he continued to work that day. I've recently moved to a different home with a very narrow garage door and I scratched one side of my ... car. I went back to Gerber in hopes they could fix it. They repaired it right there on the spot in less than 20 minutes and gave me tips on how to maintain it. You can not ask for better service from a caring staff who does whatever they can, at a very reasonable price, to keep you car in great looking and working in good/great condition. They don't nickel and dime you to death like other companies either. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass staff for doing such a great job! I will definitely go back to them for any future repairs needed to the body of my car. read more

This was the best experience with a collision repair shop. Every time I came in I felt very welcome. They told me up front what all needed to be done with my car and kept me updated throughout the process. I had conflict issues with coming in to get my car fixed and needing it sooner and they worked with me and I ended up getting my car back before I was scheduled to. I would definitely reccomend this auto body shop to anyone! Their staff is very friendly and they do amazing work!

The service at this facility was great. Jill, Payton, and Jessica were my first contacts and they exhibited a very high degree of knowledge about their area of responsibility. Upon my request Jill showed me your shop and gave me confidence that the technicians' skill and available equipment would result in a in a perfect restoration of my vehicle. They accomplished just that. Cliff pinched hit with keeping me informed of the progress when Jill was on another assignment. The customer service with respect to communication and final result was terrific. I highly recommend this facility.
