Gerber Collision did a great job! The staff was very attentive giving me a daily update. The repair was done very quickly. When I got my car back it looked amazing! Gerber is very easy to work! I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do I know where to go to get my car fixed!

Gail was my customer service rep and she was the friendliest ever! She was so helpful and accommodating when I needed to pick my car up at a particular time. She answered all my questions with a bright smile over the phone and in person. She was very pleasant to work with. Amanda was my rep that looked over my car and she made it feel like a white glove service! She was very friendly and seems very happy. My car looks fantastic - I highly recm'd them. I can't even tell anything happened to it. Their prices were right on. Great service from making the appointment to picking my car up. As approach and left even the guys outside were extremely friendly and smiled and said hello and asked me how my day was going. Our family is very satisfied with the professional work and excellent customer service at Gerber in Mooresville NC. Kacie B. was faithful to communicate with us several times a week, and if I reached out to her with a question, she was very helpful and responsive. The receptionist was also very helpful.. We were very pleased as well that the repairs to our 2 vehicles were completed well ahead of projected dates. Thank you Gerber. We will be recommending you to our friends and family.

Customer service was amazing, Management (Matt) was so helpful and explained every detail to me reassuring of me of their process, (Sierra) was awesome with keeping me informed from day one, the rental car service (Enterprise) that they used was excellent.
