I was elated that the Ms. Q was so clear about the estimate and helpful with choosing a car rental service. She continued to explain significant details during the entire process and I knew I was in capable hands. Then I was amazed that my car was repaired within a few hours and that the estimated cost was higher than the actual cost! I was pleased that I received both text messages and phone calls. Everyone was wonderful. I laughingly told the Gerber team I'd use them again, but I hope it won't be necessary!

We recently had minor auto damage repaired at Gerber Collision in Cary. The quality of work on the repair was excellent as was the service we received. The office staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful in giving us an estimate, scheduling and keeping us informed about the progress. Gail was especially helpful in working with the insurance company and arranging for the rental. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Gerber Collision in Garner, NC is quite amazing. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are personable as well. Molly and Danielle in the front office were professional and friendly. Noah, my estimator, gave feedback and follow-through that was second to none. Everyone managed to be empathetic and help calm me down when I was very upset with the person who hit my car. My vehicle looks perfectly repaired and they even washed my car and vacuumed the interior! An additional bonus is that with my insurance company works with Gerber, paid them directly, and even coordinated my car rental. I was able to leave the rental right at Gerber to make the process even more seamless.

Gerber Collision did a great job! The staff was very attentive giving me a daily update. The repair was done very quickly. When I got my car back it looked amazing! Gerber is very easy to work! I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do I know where to go to get my car fixed!
