I took my truck to Gerber on a Wednesday. I was greeted by Gail at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable with the sign-in. She explained that I would receive updates via text on all phases of the repair. Stephen wrote the estimate, and explained how repairs were to be made, and when to expect the truck to be finished. Stephen was very efficient and knowledgeable in the write up phase explaining the different parts of the repairs. I picked the truck up on Friday as promised I am very satisfied with the repairs, and the entire process from start to finish. I will definitely use Gerber Collision for my vehicle repairs in the future when needed.

Everything about my experience was positive, from taking my car in for an estimate to dropping it off, picking it up and all the communication in between (the text messages were awesome!). The team members I interacted with (Brad, Tex and the woman at the front desk) were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and thorough. And my car looks great! All in all a great experience.

On 13Aug , monday morning i was ready to leave for office and i found my left side car mirror was broken and it was off, the left bumper and door also had a damage...It looks like somebody hit my car at night when it was parked in the parking area of our neighborhood. I got the recommendation from the insurance company - Liberty Mutual, that i can take the car to Gerber Collision for repair. Thanks Gail for handling my case. Whenever i called Gerber Collision for update, Gail was always responsive, kind and gave a confident that my car was in a right hand and it would be fixed. So far my experience was good and i would recommend others to reachout to Gerber Collision for any kind of repair work.
