Gerber Collision more than exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly, honest, and straightforward. They made sure to keep me informed of the status of my car and delivered weeks before the day my car was supposed to be complete. Would definitely recommend this location!!

Gerber Collision is a Great place to go when you are down and out and just Bent Up. Tamara will have you in better spirits as she is very Professional and customer oriented. She is an asset to the organization. Everyone including her were very open to customer needs and they all do super fantastic work. You will not be disappointed. Everyone was most Knowledgeable and Professional and Timely.

I just picked up my car on time and was I impressed the car looked better than the day I bought it New, the service was great the people even better. If I didn't know better I would think they refurbished my car and gave me a new car. Nobody wants to be in an accident but if you are trust the people at gerber to get your car back to you

If you want the PERFECT repair shop ONLY come here!!! Professional, friendly, EXCELLENT work. People are beyond awesome!! I have been there twice and will never go anywhere else. My car both times came out looking like brand new. Never could I be so happy. Sammy does the best work that I have EVER seen. And Amy is just a delight. So friendly and always a smile on her face. You almost don't want to leave :) But ANY type of work that needs to be done on your car - this is the place that can make it look like new and you would be crazy to go anywhere else. Gerber is it!!!!!!!

We have used Gerber Collision and Glass repair four times in the past 2 years (3 auto body repairs and one glass repair) and have always found the work, as well as their customer service, to be of exceptional quality. They deliver within the promised timeframe (or even a little sooner). The text updates are wonderful! I would highly recommend them.

At the risk of going overboard with my compliments, my experience dealing with the folks at the Wilmington Gerber facility was really exceptional. Getting an estimate was easy as was scheduling the appointment to repair my car; I was timely advised of the progress in completing the repair and the results were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Not looking for any more accidents but should it happen, I sure know where to take my car!

Very patient staff, could not have had a better experience. Had issues with getting picked up for my rental. Gail went above an beyond calling and switching it to a closer location. She also had me taken there. I cannot thank her enough for dealing with my barrage of questions. She was always smiling an sweet. Love this location an will definitely refer others an use them for future incidences. Only disappointment is that the car was finished ahead of schedule and I had to say goodbye. The car looks impeccable. Thank you guys for making my little one an I like family.
