My customer service advisor Jennifer ward was very knowledgeable and friendly, kept me up to date on repairs. The manager Tabatha A, came out and introduced herself also and was very kind, made sure I was satisfied with the repairs.

"Gerber you guys are the best ! you deserve 10 stars not 5. I dropped my car off on Monday morning July 30, 2018 at 7am. I received a call the same day giving me a update on my car, telling me it could possibly be ready by Wednesday evening at the lastest (2 days yall). When I saw my car on Wednedsay evening two days later. As I drove up on the pa lot to pick it up of course on Wednesday as promised , oh yes it was a WOW. I am completely satisfied with the repairs that was done. The employees were surperb from checkin to checkout. Noah is a awesome man of God, he called 3 days in advance to see if I could possibly bring my car in before the scheduled date so they could get started. Not to mention the bodywork man behind the scene that actually does the work, they're the ones who really makes Gerber look good. On Monday when I arrived ... Noah received my car and at the end he was there to present my car back to me. Noah again you are a awesome man of God. You know I could go on and on and on, about the satisfaction I feel. I 'd better stop before my supervisor come around. Keep up the awesome work. Ms. Gwendolyn Prayer. One more thing my car was back to me so quickly that I only had to put $5 worth of gas in the rental, now that was a quick turnaround. I can truly say the entire staff was friendly. They went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. When we were preparing to leave they gave us free pizza, and we even got to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday guy. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 10 INSTEAD OF A 5 I WOULD.

Really pleased with the service at Gerber Collision in Morganton, NC. I had to have both of my vehicles repaired at the same time. They kept me informed on the status of the repairs and any changes that were being made to the original estimates. Darren did the estimates and he was really great. The receptionist (I can't recall her name) was very nice and helpful. The work turned out great on both vehicles and I will be back again if I ever need collision repairs on my vehicle. I would feel more then comfortable with recommending these folks to handle vehicle repairs for my friends.

While I can't yet speak to the long term durability of the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma, I can say that the entire staff was exceptional and to date (about a month out now) the repair looks great and the truck drives fine!! The front office staff was superb. Professional and Courteous! I especially want to recognize Ms Amanda P, my estimator. She is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind people I have ever worked with in ANY service business. She was there to help me in any way possible. Your company should use here as the model for all others to emulate....she is THAT GOOD.

I was elated that the Ms. Q was so clear about the estimate and helpful with choosing a car rental service. She continued to explain significant details during the entire process and I knew I was in capable hands. Then I was amazed that my car was repaired within a few hours and that the estimated cost was higher than the actual cost! I was pleased that I received both text messages and phone calls. Everyone was wonderful. I laughingly told the Gerber team I'd use them again, but I hope it won't be necessary!
