I bless God for Mr Ed G GM!! My car got hit by an unperson few weeks ago, my insurance won't paid cause damage was less than my deductible. Not knowing what to expect, took my car in for repair today, met Mr Ed, he was very understanding and sensitive to my saturation. He was very helpful making sure my car was fix (like new) with in a timely manner. I left that shop with a Big Smile on my face and satisfied with the service. Thanks for making my day. 6 years ago I was in a wreck and I felt like I was being treated unfairly by the other party's insurance company. It had been over a week since I had been hit and I wanted answers. I took my car here and they immediately told me that my car was totaled and very unsafe for me to be driving. They lit a fire under the insurance company and I had a rental 30 min later. They said they wouldn't let anyone, male or female, drive the car in that condition. Not only did they have my back, but they cared about my well being. So, when I was rear ended a week ago, there was only one place I trusted to fix my car. I was not disappointed. These guys are amazing!!

You guys were great! I had to stop in before I had an appointment or an estimate done to get some emergency work done, and you guys were very kind and got it done immediately. I never felt like a burden, and always felt welcome both on the phone and in person. I will highly recommend anyone in Hickory to come to Gerber.

My insurance carrier, USAA, recommended Gerber. After the estimate, I took my car in to be repaired on October 16 at 10 a.m. The promised out date was October 18. I got a call from Kacy at 4 p.m .(SIX hours later) saying my car was "all done and ready for pickup!! I was floored. My 2018 Lexus IS 350 F Sport was back in my garage by 6:30 p.m. WOW. Not only was there no sign of an accident, but it was cleaner on the inside than when I picked it up brand new 8 months ago. I found ALL of your employees at Gerber in Mooresville, NC to not only be pleasant and informative, but very professional. If I could give them a 10 rating I would. I actually have already recommended them to a neighbor. Great people, service and work!

The Staff at Gerber Collision is excellent especially the young lady that handled my account Kacy B., She called and gave status updates and answered any questions i had. Every Tuesday and Thursday i would get a follow up call from her just to keep me informed. The work done was great the car looks brand new after recieving pretty bad front end damage as i hit head on.
