Had full tailgate replacement on my 2014 Ford F-250 by Gerber. Repairs, replacement and paint was suburb . There was no indication of any repair work done upon the truck, looked like new. Was surprised they even preformed a complete detail before pickup. Gerber is the best of any shop in the area. Great warranty also.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant to deal with. I received multiple calls or texts updating me on the progress of my repairs. You can not even tell where the deer ran into the side of my car. I'm very pleased with their service.

They have great customer service and made sure I was completely satisfied before I got back my truck.

I was very pleased with the service and friendly attitudes of the staff! My car wasn't scheduled for repair until July 13th, but I started having issues and went by to see if they could repair it earlier. They took my car that day , Will T. called me everyday to give me an update and I received my car in 3 days. The finished work was great! Highly recommend them!! Will Turner was had awesome customer service!

I had a great experience with Gerber in Huntersville. The whole office team was very easy to work with. Amanda, the estimator, worked closely with the GEICO claim rep and helped us navigate the repair process to minimize the down time with our vehicle and get the proper parts quickly. I highly recommend Gerber. Oh, and the car looks great!
