EVERYONE I came in contact with, whether over the phone or in person, was amazing! I have no complaints whatsoever. This was my first experience with collision repair and it was absolutely painless with this staff. Melody was great from the start and continued to be extremely helpful with all my questions. George was very helpful and knowledgeable when he was accessing the damages upon drop off of my vehicle. Kacy was also very pleasant and kept me updated on what was going on with everything. Those 3 were the only ones I encountered and I'm sure that's how a good shop is supposed to run. The staff behind the scenes must be awesome too because I got my vehicle back on the initial promise date despite delay in receiving items. Way to go Gerber Collision & Glass of Mooresville, NC!!!

They have had a hard time getting the needed parts, at no fault of their own, but once the parts came in they followed up quickly and made the needed repairs.

I'm extremely pleased with the outstanding service received continually from Gerber. My recent experience saved me $700 after the skilled specialist saw the damage and realized he could just repair and not have to replace my bumper as originally planned. His willingness to use his expertise instead of taking the easy way out with a complete replacement showed me that this business will earn your trust by doing the right thing and not charging more than is absolutely necessary. Very easy company to work with. Kept me informed constantly on everything that was going on with my car. No one ever likes to have to get their car repaired, but Gerber made it painless. The Gerber collision people are awesome. Great communication, updates, and friendliness. I usually do not write reviews but this company really impressed me. I was in a car crash, the back was destroyed and the insurance company was a pain, but Gerber was awesome. Thank you Gerber for making my life a little easier, wish insurance company was as easy as you all.

Gerber replaced my damaged running board and door trim and did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with at Gerber were knowledgeable and courteous, and kept us fully informed. We have used Gerber before and will use them again if need be. They are a 5-Star operation.

Everybody at Gerber Collision was wonderful. They kept me updated daily, and went out of their way to keep costs down. The work looked brand new when done. Very friendly staff. And I loved them handling the rental car back and forth, so convenient. Would definitely recommend them!!
