I found that Gerber Collision & Glass to be a great business to work with. They are very helpful. Did a good job in determining the damage to my car. I took my car in 30 Aug 2022. They told me later because of the damage and ordering parts that my car would be repaired by 10 Oct 2022. Then the "WOW" happened. I got a call that my car was done and I could come and pick it up. It was 9 Sep 2022. The car was repaired a whole month sooner I didn't meet the mechanics but they did a marveloous job in repairing my car. I could not see where the damage was. It was just the same as it looked before the accident. I would recommend Gerber to any one who needs car repairs!

What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Gerber Collision. Everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. Our vehicle went in on a Monday and 2 days later Kacy called telling us it was ready. AMAZING!!!! I will definitely recommend our Mooresville Gerber Collision Shop to anyone needing bodywork on their vehicle. They are the best!!!!!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone I think his name was Jake I can't fully remember but I do know he gave amazing customer service. He went to the extent of looking two different stores for me and was able to get me set up in a early appointment. This man definitely deserve a raise because that's what great customer service looks like.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from everyone involved. I was incredibly happy with the amount of communication, the work that was involved, and the kind staff that I talked to when I arrived at the location. The only thing I wish is that financing was offered at this location for the repairs, but I am so glad I chose Gerber over another body shop.
