The updates were timely and reliable. I was impressed with the time Ken spent explaining the process and the work that was needed to repair my vehicle. "Ms. Marissa Hemby was scheduled by GEICO Express her to drop off her 2007 Honda Civic on Friday 3-25-11 at 9:00am. After completing the estimate and dissasembly, it turned out to be a 30 hour repair; replacing the hood, fender, absorber, & rt. light, for a total repair bill of $2648.45. We completed it on the 3-29-11 & after qc'ing with the GEICO adjuster, she was notified of the completion on 3-30-11. Ms. Hemby couldn't believe how quickly we repaired her car. She was also pleased to know that because of our great relationships with the Honda dealership, she received all OEM parts v/s the alternative parts, that GEICO had figured. She said she was "Wowed" & happy!"
