The mechanical and body work were both excellent and the customer service was friendly and efficient. The windshield service was a polar opposite. I would recommend the body shop without reservation but not the auto glass service.'

The work on my 350Z looks awesome with a factory / show room quality paint job. I appreciate all the hard work related to the after market products ( super charger belts, air intake rubbing on the wheel, and special order wheels) in which True 2 Form addressed in a professional manner. USAA insurance called me for a customer survey about the completed work , the process & being “kept informed”. 10s across the board ( 1 is poor, 10 is excellent). Please pass my comments to all those involved during the repair process as well as to your management team.
