NC - 8813 Ice Dr, Raleigh - 1/13/14
My 6 month old car had been backed into. I came in for a non insurance estimate. The shop manager looked over the damage, asked for my keys and returned in five minutes with the damage fixed - no charge. Absolutely fantastic and made my day. I'll certainly be sharing this story around and be recommending the shop. Additionally, the facility was nice and clean and the staff was top notch.

This is the second time I have used this location and I am so happy with work done. When I had my second accident there was no question where I wanted my car to be fixed. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I will be back. All staff were very helpful and professional. I dealt with Brian who could not have done any more to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. Again I can not speak highly enough about this business and quality of work. Thank you for the Great job you did.

This site was superb! All repairs were A+ including some extra work that the staff ironed out with excellent analysis and troubleshooting. Tons of cudos to Craig and Michael! Those guys were receptive at every concern I had with my vehicle. I was able to meet a staff technician and I was very impressed with his ability to troubleshoot and explain the work that was performed on my vehicle. Thanks again, Gerber Collision of Greensboro!

Even though parts came in damaged, they drove to another location to pick up a part and finish the job on the day they promised. Everyone was very professional and Jennifer who works at the front desk was very friendly.

I was very pleases with the service i received here. my repairs was completed within a days time and the customer service guy Torian N. was outstanding.He provided more that 5 star service and he was a pleasure to work with. he talked me through what all would be done and explained it thoroughly on what needed to be done. i would recommend Gerber to anyone and if you go to the High Point location please ask for Torain.... I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER :-)

Amica Insurance Company suggested Gerber Collision to handle the repairs on new 2013 Volkswagen CC. An unfortunate accident damaged the drivers side of the car. We were met by Mr. Frank R. We found Mr. R very friendly, professional and dedicated to our satisfaction with Gerber services. He delivered our vehicle back to us in a like new condition. We highly recommend Gerber collision and their Raleigh Capital Boulevard staff.

The team on Ice Dr. in Raleigh NC are great! A deer hit my car and they fixed it like new!!! I worked with Brian and Lori at the front desk. They were great!!! Brian said on problem we got it and they did! He sent out up dates on the car by text. I think that is great I did not have to call him and he would call me and up date me too. Brian and Lori thank you for all the help!!! Again great JOB!!!
