I had my bumper repaired this week at Gerber Collision and I couldn't have been more pleased. First, the ladies in the reception office were super nice. You don't always find that anymore. Also the estimator was very nice and quick with his opinion on my bumper. I also met Tony, the Manager, and he was very nice, also. They fixed my bumper in less than an hour and the job was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. It looks great! I will recommend them to my friends.

The Cornelius location was amazing. Their communication with me throughout the entire process was unmatched. My Buick looks just like the first time I took my car home. Skills and details were made a priority making the work look amazing. Will always bring my cars to the Cornelius location for any future repairs or needs.

I brought my car in after someone hit me while I was parked. Josh and Nancy were great to work with. Nancy at the front desk was always so smiley and pleasant to chat with, and very efficient at scheduling things. Josh was great about explaining what needed to be done, and kept me updated along the way. We ran into a slight hiccup, but Josh was fantastic about resolving it, and I felt very comfortable trusting my car to him. I hope I don't need to return, but if I do, I will do so with confidence that both I and my car will be treated well.

Took 62 days ran into problems finding parts do to type car. I did get frustrated when Josh did not call me when he said but I was able to reach him often. When all was done my car looks brand new Josh made sure all was right my car cleaned inside an out including the trunk. They made sure i was satisfied made sure all programming was ok an extra. And Josh said if I need anything call him. He had me let him know my garage door remote was still programmed and checking in a few days to see how the car runs. I cannot be more satisfied. I'm 79 a women and was not in anyway treated as second class professional staff made sure I could get answers to my questions. All said a done I pray I don't need them but I recommend and would only use them in the future. Josh made sure and the manager that I was taken care of beyond the norm .
