Brian did a great job of wrapping the repair up for me very quickly -I got my car back the next day! :) The ladies in the office made sure the Enterprise shuttle was there shortly after repair drop off so I could get my rental car. I appreciate Keith for getting me picked up after I returned my rental back the next day and back to the body shop in a timely manner. Thanks to all working together to get my car back to me smoothly and seamlessly!

The service I received at the Hickory Gerber Collision was wonderful. A usually tedious and 'painful' process was made to be very smooth and hassle free. I received daily phone calls and texts on that status of repair on my car. I also received text messages with pictures of what stage of the process my car was in. I greatly appreciated this and have never received such detailed information! I would absolutely go back here and recommend this establishment to others. Great work everyone and thank you!

Suni B, Gerbers assistant manager, was a wonderful help to me. She was with me all the way. She kept me updated on the progress and ordered the rental car for me. I have never had this measure of good help before. I never had to fret, or be anxious, because she was always available. Give her a big "thank you" for me. I am very pleased with the work done on my Odysssey EXL van. It was returned to me clean and whole. Thank you, Gerber.
