Terrific service. Kept in touch on progress with vehicle repair. Very patient and kind. Went the extra mile in contacting me and explaining everything. I am grateful to receptionist (unfortunately did not get her name) and to Randy -- both of whom helped me when I forgot items from my Prius. Very speedy repair too! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. Their excellent assistance is much appreciated, especially as this was the first instance of collision for me.

I have used this location on three occasions for some non-collision related work, once to replace a bumper and twice to install body side moldings. The quality of the work has been outstanding each time and the cost was very reasonable. For example, Gerber charged me 25% of what the dealer wanted to charge to install the body side moldings. Besides that, the people working there are exceptionally courteous and accommodating. If I do need collision or glass work done in the future, they will be my first option.
