Thie Service and Staff was great. They text and call me on update on my car repairs progress. My Car was repaired on the Date they Promise. The car look like it just came out of the Car Show Room. Pinstripes and all Damages. like new. Recommend to anyone whom need Car repairs. Friendly staff , Like you been knowing them for years. Nice clean shop and area. I gave them 5 Stars !!!! Thank You Gerber for the Great Service.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision 100% . Richard the GM handle my claim and repair and he was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. He kept me informed on the repairs and when it would be ready and it was ready when promised. He guided me through the whole process when I called and he also made me aware that I might be eligible for a rental car. Richard was very friendly, straight forward, honest and efficient. My car looks like a brand new car. Thanks also to the body repairmen for work well done. I have walked away extremely happy and satisfied. Gerber to me is the most Honest, reliable knowledgeable company to deal with if you are ever in an accident and need your car repaired. Thanks again.

My car was towed to Gerber Collision and Glass at 712 Sunshine Way in Greensboro after a wreck. They were quick to attend to the damage of my car and they were very friendly and kind while doing it. These people are not only good at dealing with battered cars, they are pretty soothing to jangled nerves also. I just adore Mallory. If you have the misfortune to have a wreck, you can depend on them to help get you through it. I have never been more impressed by service people than I am with the good people of Gerber Collision on Sunshine Way. They're the best!

We' ve been there for car repairs on several location and never has the quality of your customer service and repairs faltered.. Above the rest and whenever in the future should we need car service, . For any reason, we will come your way.. I'm certain HARTFORD INSURSNCE will agree.. Thanks so much.. ( sorry we had the slight collision with the deer. Fortunately none of were injured..,,the deer lost a little fur??)
